CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Authors are invited to submit a title and an abstract of their communication in English. The abstract should be no more than 500 words and clearly present the main objectives and methodologies used in their work. All abstracts will undergo peer review based on originality, technical quality, and presentation. The corresponding author will receive an email with the review results and the Scientific Committee's decision regarding the submitted abstract and the type of presentation (oral or poster).

Final acceptance of the abstract is contingent upon at least one author registering for the conference. Each registered author may present only one communication. The conference's book of abstracts will be open access and stored in the public repository HAL with a DOI number.

To submit an abstract, authors must create an account on the conference website, log in (with the button at the top right under the banner on the website), fill out the abstract details (title, authors, affiliation, keywords, etc.), and finally enter the abstract in the text box. To submit multiple abstracts, simply log in to your account to submit additional abstracts (the login button is located at the top right of the conference webpage).
