Submission

Call for abstracts

Authors are invited to submit in english a communication title and an abstract in the form of text of less than 500 words which present clearly the main objectives and methodologies used in their work. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation. The corresponding author (presenter) will receive an e-mail with the result of the review and the Scientific Committee's decision on the submitted abstract. Final acceptance of the abstract will be effective once at least one of the authors has registered for the conference. The book of abstracts of the conference will be open-access and stored in the public repository HAL with a DOI number.

Abstract submission will open on March 2nd.

Extended abstract

After acceptation of the abstract, the author can submitted an extended abstract of a maximum length of 4 pages in the PDF format using the word or latex templates. All submitted extended abstracts will be peer-reviewed and after accepted published in the book of extended abstracts of the conference. Accepted extended abstracts will be published in the book of extended abstracts of the conference with a DOI number and freely accessible on the HAL repository website

Publication

The best extended abstracts selected by the scientific committee will be proposed for publication in virtual special issues in international journals (the name of the jopurnals will be specified very soon) .
